【摘要】 为了研究大口径活塞泵对高浓度粘稠物料吸入容积效率,自行设计了吸入特性测试装置,简要阐述了机械系统的工作原理,详细介绍了物料缸、活塞、液动闸板阀等主要组成部分的功能与设计,最后简单介绍了测试装置的应用情况。

【Abstract】 In order to research for suction volumetric efficiency of the large caliber piston pump to the high concentration of viscous material,suction characteristic testing device for high concentrations of viscous materials was designed independently.It the working principle of mechanical system was simply expounded.The function and design of suction cylinder,piston,hydraulic gate valve,etc were particularly described.Finally,a brief account of the application of the testing device was introduced.
