多工况悬架下摆臂结构优化设计方法研究

【摘要】 采用了多种优化设计方法,以某悬架结构为例进行了结构优化设计方法研究。通过对车辆行驶工况和对车体空间布置的分析,建立了拓扑优化可设计域和非可设计域,完成了悬架结构的拓扑优化设计,并建立了工程结构。基于强度分布与应力干涉理论,将可靠性理论和优化方法相结合,进行了可靠性优化设计。其优化结果与尺寸优化和形状优化结果进行了对比,证明了优化设计方法的有效性和可行性,为工程结构提供了一种新设计思路。

【Abstract】 The structural optimization design for suspension structure of vehicle was carried with some structural optimization design methods. With the analysis of vehicle’s steering conditions and the layout of the vehicle body,the design and non-design regions of topology optimization were determined. With the topology optimization results,the new engineering structure was built. The key size of the new structure was optimized with the reliability design method based on intensity and stress intervene theory. The results of reliability optimization design were compared with that of size optimization and shape optimization,which showed the validity and feasibility of the structural optimization design method. The work of this paper supported a method for structural optimization design.
