单片样板数控凸轮轴磨床的开发与应用
Development and application of a single cam template numerical control grinder for camshaft
【摘要】 根据仿形法磨削凸轮轴凸轮轮廓的原理,研制开发出一种新型的单片样板数控高效凸轮轴磨床,该磨床配备自动分度头,具有自动分度功能,可以自动实现以同一片样板仿形磨削凸轮轴上所有型线相同的凸轮。使用结果表明,所研制的磨床自动分度可靠、精度高,凸轮轮廓精度一致性非常好,该磨床是汽车发动机、油泵凸轮轴行业理想的高效装备之选。
【Abstract】 A single cam template numerical control grinder for camshaft was developed on cam profile copying principle.The grinding machine is equipped with automatic dividing head,and automatic indexing feature for profile copying grinding to all same profile cam by the identical piece model.The experimental results showed that it is characteristic of reliable automatic dividing,high accuracy and good consistency for the cam profile accuracy.The grinder is an ideal efficient equipment for the cam spindle of automobile engines and pumps.
