发电用木粉粉碎理论及粉碎装备的设计
Pulverization theory for the cellulosine used in power generation and design of grinding device
【摘要】 研究了国内外木质生物质发电技术及我国木质生物质资源情况,分析了木质生物质能源开发利用的必要性、可行性,讨论了现有发电用木粉粉碎理论和粉碎装备技术,设计了一种用于发电用的超细木粉裂解粉碎机,利用高速铣刀和定刀的双重剪切作用,依靠特殊结构构成的楔形结构形成高压动压效应,得到了可用于发电用的超细木粉。对粉碎机传动系统、主轴部件、粉碎部件和制动装置进行了设计。试验结果表明该裂解粉碎机形成的木粉粒度已经达到了(200~300)目,为木质生物质生产用于发电粒度要求的木粉提供了实际参考。
【Abstract】 Power generation technology for woodiness biomass at home and abroad and woodiness biomass resources in our country were researched,both necessity and feasibility for development and utilization of the woodiness biomass energy were analyzed,Pulverization theory for the cellulosine used in power generation and technology of grinding device on hand were discussed,one super fine cellulosine schizolysis pulverizer used in power generation was designed,which utilized double shearing action between the milling cutter with high speed and stationary cutter,depending on wedge structure constituted by the special structure to form dynamic pressure effect with high pressure,and super fine cellulosine used in power generation could be obtained.Transmission system of the pulverizer,parts of the main shaft,grinding components and braking device were designed.The experimental results show that size of the cellulosine formed by schizolysis pulverizer has reached(200~300)mu,which provides practical reference for woodiness biomass production cellulosine that is in accordance with size of the power generating requirements.
