基于.NET的产品参数化有限元分析平台研究
Study on the product parametric finite element analysis platform based on .NET
【摘要】 介绍了基于.NET平台和ANSYS的参数化有限元分析方法,并以轴承座为例,说明了其实现方法,开发了参数化分析程序。根据从.NET创建的人机交互界面输入参数并自动生成APDL命令流,然后ANSYS在后台调用该代码进行有限元分析,结果可直接在.NET平台中查看,为工程人员使用AN-SYS提供了一种思路,达到了提高分析效率的目的。
【Abstract】 It introduces a method of parametric finite element analysis based on.NET and ANSYS,and explains the method to realize it by taking as an example the bearing chock,develops a parametric analysis program.First,an APDL code text is automatically generated according to input parameters which come from the man-machine interface building by.NET.Then,the APDL code text is run in ANSYS by the way of background.The result can be directly obtained in the.NET platform.A new approach is pro-vided for engineering personnel to use ANSYS,and reached the aim of enhancing the designing efficiency.
