多轴线液压板挂车转向机构优化程序的实现
Optimal design progrom actualizing of multi-axle hydraulic trailer’s steering mechanism
【摘要】 对多轴线液压板挂车转向系统的工作原理进行了介绍,分析了其转向机构中各构件的位置关系和运动学关系,并在此基础上建立了以加权角差和为目标函数的优化模型,利用复合型优化算法对该模型进行了优化求解,并编制了易于使用的通用转向机构优化程序;程序优化结果有效地克服了转向纵拉杆拉断事故的出现,同时很好地改善了整车的转向性能,其应用于某专用车辆制造厂生产的多轴线挂车转向机构,实际应用表明该方法是正确的、实用的。
【Abstract】 The working principle of the multi-axle hydraulic trailer’s steering system was intro-duced,the position and movement relation of components was analyzed in this system,and an optimal de-sign model was proposed for this kind of steering mechanism’s design.The complex method could be ap-plied to solve the optimal problem,and a universal steering optimal program was accomplished.The calcu-lation result of this optimal program could avoid the lengthways pole damage,and could improve steering performance greatly.It has been applied to design the multi-axle hydraulic trailer’s steering mechanism,which is manufactured by a certain special purpose vehicles manufacture factory.The result proved that this optimal method is correct and practicable.
