基于实际道路激励谱的摩托车车架随机响应分析
The random response analysis of the motorcycle frame based on real road excitation
【摘要】 介绍了实际道路载荷谱的采集,并利用美国MTS公司的道路模拟试验机和远程参数控制技术(RPC)模拟迭代出接近实际响应的驱动信号。利用MD.Nastran有限元分析软件建立某摩托车车架动态分析模型。以迭代出的驱动信号作为模型的输入并进行仿真分析,得到了与道路模拟试验较为一致的结果。
【Abstract】 The collection of practical road load spectrum is introduced.Using the road simulator of MTS Systems Corporation and remote parameters control technique(RPC),the ultimate driving input signal is iterated,whose response on the rig is close approximately to that on the road.A dynamical analysis model of the motorcycle frame is established with a finite element software MD.Nastran.The driving input signal is put in the dynamical analysis model of the motorcycle frame.The dynamics performances were analyzed.The results of finite element method are consistent to that generated in road simulation test.
