薄壁圆筒楔环连接结构承载能力研究
The research on the load bearing capacity of wedged-ring joint structure of thin-wall cylinder
【摘要】 楔环连接是一种用于薄壁筒间的连接方式,这种连接方式与过去采用的斜螺钉连接、螺环连接等连接方式相比有很多突出的优点。楔环连接结构的工作原理进行了深入的讨论研究,并基于ANSYS软件进行了建模和承载能力计算仿真。仿真结果能够为楔环连接方式的设计分析与优化提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Wedged-ring joint method is used for the connection of thin-wall cylinder structure.Compared with the used method,such as bevel screw connection,the wedged-ring joint is more suitable.The operation principle of Wedged-ring joint structure is studied,the wedged-ring joint structure model is created by ANSYS Software,and the load bearing capacity is also studied.The simulation result can be used for wedged-ring joint design and optimization.
