【摘要】 航空地面电瓶起动车是为飞机提供地面起动电源的重要设备。在分析该型起动车前轮易损原因的基础上,提出了优化设计改进方案,避免了蓄电池中电解液的溢出,延长了起动车的使用寿命。优化设计新颖,改进后的前轮装置结构简单,稳定性强,可靠性高,价格低廉,使用操作灵活方便,实现了单人规范操作。

【Abstract】 Aeronautical ground accumulator start-up vehicle is an important device to provide ground start-up electrical source for airplane.It puts forward a way of optimal design improvement based analyzing damageable reason of start-up vehicle front-wheel,avoiding accumulator electrolyte overflowing.The design method is novel.The structure is simple.The price is low.It is very flexible and convenient to use and operate the accumulator,and single canonical operation is achieved.This accumulator’s stability and reliability is proved to be good,and economy benefit is notable.It deserves to generalize.
