齿轮刀具刀顶刃形多功能优化设计系统的研发
Multi-function optimal design system of the crest edge of gear rack cutter
【摘要】 提出了齿轮刀具刀顶刃形多功能优化设计系统的功能框架。该系统包含齿轮刀具顶刃正向设计和逆向设计两大方法,研究了两大类方法的关键算法。设计好刀具刃形后,自动生成三维刀具实体,并通过切齿仿真得到齿轮实体,得到的齿轮实体可以用于有限元分析。
【Abstract】 It’s presented a Multi-function optimal design system of the crest edge of gear rack cutter. This system included two main ways:direct design and converse design. After the design of the cutter, 3D cutter solid was created automatically. And via the Boolean operation the machining simulation of the gear was realized. The gained gear model could be directly used for finite element analysis.
