双螺杆磨浆机轴向推力测量装置

【摘要】 双螺杆磨浆机是造纸工业中一种新型的磨浆设备。螺杆的轴向力是该设备设计的重要参数,目前尚无有效计算方法。设计了采用推力轴承和测力环的双螺杆磨浆机轴向推力测量装置,其特点是相间干扰小,结构紧凑、简单;并应用弹性力学方法对测力环参数进行了计算,分析表明减小测力环支撑板横截面积或选用弹性模量较小的钢材有利于增加灵敏度。测量装置的标定实验表明,测力环灵敏度较高,重复性较好。该测量装置用于双螺杆磨浆机轴向推力的测量,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Twin screw pulping extruder(TSPE)is a new type of pulping machine in paper making industry.And axial thrust of the screw is an important design parameter of the machine;however,there is not an effectual calculation method up to now.An axial thrust measuring device using an antithrust bearing and an elastic measuring ring for TSPE has been designed in the paper,with characteristics of smaller interphase interference and more compact structure.Parameters of the elastic measuring ring are also calculated by elasticity mechanics.And the analysis indicates that reducing cross-sectional area of shoe plate or choosing smaller Young’s modulus of steel materials are beneficial to improve measuring sensitivity.Calibration experiments show the measuring device has higher sensitivity and better repeatability.And applying the measuring device in axial thrust measurement of TSPE has obtained better results.
