复合行星蜗杆传动机构的承载力和效率分析
Capacity and Efficiency Analysis on a Compound Planetary Worm Gearing
【摘要】 一种由环面(或圆柱)蜗轮蜗杆副和锥蜗杆传动(或端面蜗轮蜗杆传动)复合而成的新型行星传动机构被提了出来。这是一种空间行星蜗杆传动装置,由中心蜗杆、若干行星轮组、行星架以及锥蜗轮或端面蜗轮组成。新型传动形式复合了空间行星传动和锥蜗杆传动副的一定优势,使这种传动装置具有同轴输入输出、结构紧凑、传动比范围大、传动平稳、承载力强、对装配误差敏感性小、润滑特性好等特点。给出了结构示意图,进行了相应的传动比计算、受力分析和简单的效率计算。该新型传动可以考虑用于军事、通讯、航天航空、重型机械和民用机械等领域。
【Abstract】 A new type of compound transmission which combines the worm gearing with Spiroid gearing(or Helicon gearing) is proposed.It is a type of spatial planetary worm gearing,and consists of the centre worm,planetary gear sets,the planetary carrier and the face worm gear.The mechanism has a series of advantages such as size compact,high contact ratio,sensitive backlash control,smooth transmission,coaxial input and output,high load capacity,good lubricate film etc.,just because it is a proper combination of the worm gearing and Spiroid gearing(or Helicon gearing).The construction figures are given,manufacturing processes are discussed and relative calculations of gear ratio,mechanics analysis and efficiency are prasented in the paper.The new compound gearing can be considered to be used in communication,aerospace,military field,heavy-duty machines and other civil machinery.
