【摘要】 应用Web GIS技术和.Net技术开发了集实时监测、统计分析、浏览查询、预警报警、应用服务等多种功能为一体的自动气象信息探测业务系统,为短时强对流天气预报、台风预报、其它重大灾害性天气预报以及决策服务提供图形图像资料产品,为政府指挥防灾减灾决策提供科学依据。构建在Web上的GIS系统相对传统GIS系统具有不可比拟的优势,不但节省客户端维护费用,而且使得基于GIS的自动气象站信息应用随处可得,不再受客户端技术条件的限制,大大提高了气象业务服务的效率和效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology based on Web GIS and .Net is used to development a auto weather station information system. This system has the function of real-time monitoring, statistical analysing, searching and warning the weather information. Strong convection, typhoon and other major disasters forecasting will be made by this system. The image data products will provide a scientific basis for the government’s policy of disaster prevention and mitigation. The Web GIS system has advantages with traditional GIS system. It will save maintenance costs and not longer be restricted to the client software, and will greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of meteorological services.更多还原
