【Abstract】 Scalable video coding based on MCTF(motion compensated temporal filtering) has been thought of as the important study field for it’s validity of removing temporal correlation.This paper firstly described and analyzed MCTF and its research progress.In addition,adaptive GOP(group of picture) structure selection,improved update operators for lifting-based wavelet and discussed adaptive temporal decomposition level.Finally,pointed out the future development of MCTF.更多还原
