【摘要】 目的研究肺癌患者的心理防御机制与社会支持的关系。方法经病理学确诊的肺癌患者118例,用防御机制问卷调查心理防御机制,用社会支持评定量表调查患者的社会支持,对心理防御机制和社会支持的相关性进行分析。结果不成熟心理防御机制中投射与社会支持总分(r=-0.270)、客观社会支持(r=-0.190)呈负相关,幻想与社会支持的利用度呈负相关(r=-0.181),退缩和主观社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.204);成熟型心理防御机制中升华与客观社会支持呈正相关(r=0.235);中间型心理防御机制中反作用形成与社会支持总分(r=-0.195)、客观社会支持(r=-0.187)呈负相关,假性利他、交往倾向及期望分别与社会支持总分、客观社会支持呈正相关(r依次为:0.230、0.208、0.230、0.212、0.219和0.303)。结论肺癌患者的心理防御机制与社会支持有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate correlation between psychological defense mechanism and social support in patients with lung cancer.Methods:Psychological defense mechanism and social support were measured by Bond defense style questionnaire Chinese version and social support questionnaire(Xiao et al),respectively,in 118 patients with lung cancer.Correlation between psychological defense mechanism and social support was analyzed.Results:In immature defense style,projection negatively correlates to total score of social support(r=-0.270)and objective social support(r=-0.190),fantasy negatively correlates to utilization of social support(r=-0.181)and regression negatively correlates to subjective social support(r=-0.204).In mature defense style,sublimation positively correlates to objective social support(r=0.235).In intermediate defense style,counter-reaction formation negatively correlates to total score of social support(r=-0.195)and objective social support(r=-0.187)and,false altruism,communion tendency and expectation positively correlate to total score of social support(r=0.230,0.208 and 0.230,respectively)and objective social support(r=0.212,0.219 and 0.303,respectively).Conclusion:There is some correlation between psychological defense mechanisms and social support in patients with lung cancer.更多还原
