【摘要】 目的探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练对慢性乙型肝炎患者的干预,了解干预前后心理卫生状况的变化。方法对184例慢性乙型肝炎患者按患者意愿分为研究组(渐进性肌肉放松训练组)和对照组;对照组采用常规药物治疗;研究组在常规药物治疗基础上进行渐进性肌肉放松训练。分别在训练前、训练3个月、训练半年后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测定。结果研究组与对照组在训练前测的SCL-90总分及各因子分的差异没有统计学显著意义,与国内常模比较SCL-90总分、躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、敌对因子分有显著性意义;研究组在训练后SCL-90总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、敌对因子分明显降低,与对照组相比差异具有显著性意义。结论渐进性肌肉放松训练简单易行,安全有效,有助于改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理卫生状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the intervention of progressive muscle relaxation training in patients with chronic hepatitis B and to know the change of psychological health state before and after intervention.Methods:184 outpatients with chronic hepatitis B were voluntarily divided into the control group and the study group(progressive muscle relaxation training group).Patients in both groups received routine medication,the patients in the study group were additionally treated with progressive muscle relaxation skills.All the patients were evaluated with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) before the progressive muscle relaxation training,three months and six months after the progressive muscle relaxation training.Results:There were no significant difference between the two groups with SCL-90 scores before progressive muscle relaxation training.Compared to the scores in the norm,the SCL-90 total scores and the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility were significantly higher.The scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility of SCL-90 after treatment obviously decreased in the study group.Conclusion:Progressive muscle relaxation training is safe and easy to be practiced and it is helpful in improving psychological health in patients with chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
