脱蜡法提纯烟叶浸膏中的茄尼醇
Extraction and purification of solanesol from tobacco extract by dewaxing
【摘要】 选择含量为50%左右的茄尼醇半成品为原料,通过脱蜡提取高纯度茄尼醇,探讨脱蜡溶剂种类、溶剂比、脱蜡温度和时间对实验过程的影响。采用最小方差法关联实验数据、牛顿法迭代,实验及关联结果:在脱蜡实验中,将10g茄尼醇半成品溶于200 ml丙酮中,在7℃加热搅拌至完全溶解,缓慢降温至10℃,静置2 h,可获得纯度较高的产品,如茄尼醇的纯度为65%,则收率超过75%。
【Abstract】 Solanesol was refined from intermediate product(purity of solanesol 50%)by dewaxing.The effect of ratio and the type of dewaxing solvent,temperature and time on the experimental process was discussed.The experimental data were correlated by using minimum square the experimental process method and iterated by Newton-Lapuson method.Results of experiment and correlation show that 200 ml acetone was inputed in 10 gram intermediate product of solanesol,dissolved completely with agitation at 70℃,then standing 2 hours at 10℃,more than 65%purity of solanesol and more than 85%extractoin ratio can be achieved.
