连续精馏法从裂解C9芳烃中提取三甲苯
Trimethylbenzene was refined from cracking C9 arenes by continuous distillation
【摘要】 裂解C9芳烃的资源丰富,其中三甲苯就有较高的应用价值,目前裂解C9主要作为溶剂油或用于生产石油树脂,有价值的组成未充分利用;鉴于扬子石化公司生产二甲苯,却因原料短缺,本文提出从裂解C9中提取三甲苯作为生产二甲苯原料的方案,用连续精馏预处理裂解C9,优化进料量、出料量以及进料温度等精馏参数,得精馏塔的最佳条件,以提高三甲苯的含量。研究结果:当进料量为2 mL/min,出料量为1 mL/min,进料温度为25℃时,可以将三甲苯的含量由原料中的8.8%提高至16.5%,且收率高达92%,本文研究为从裂解碳九中提取三甲苯馏分提供依据。
【Abstract】 The cracking C9 arenes are rich in resources,and components such as trimethylbenzene have high application values.Now, cracking C9 aenes are used as solvent naphtha and to produce petroleum resin.The components that have high value are not used well. As the lack of raw material of producing dimethylbenzene in Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation,the method was brought forward that trimethylbenzene which was used to produce dimethylbenzene was distilled from cracking C9.Continuous distillation was adopted in this study to make pretreatment of the cracking C9 arenes.Some distillation parameters were optimized such as inputting amount,outputting amount,inputting temperature used for getting the best condition of distillation and increasing content of trimethylbenzene.Results of experiment have showed that the content of trimethylbenzene was enhanced from 8.8%to 16.5%,and 92%yield can be achieved. The optimal conditions were that inlet amount was 2 mL/min,outlet amount was 1mL/min,and inlet feed temperature was 25℃.The results of this work have been provided for the separation of trimethylbenzene from cracking C9 arenes.
