基于改进蚁群算法的催化裂化分馏塔在线多目标优化

【摘要】 为了对催化裂化分馏塔多目标问题在线智能优化,本文选择可以在线催化裂化分馏塔多目标的优化模型,同时提出一种新的改进蚁群算法,作为智能优化手段。对分馏塔的优化过程作单位化和数字位的处理,通过研究优化过程中参数的取值对优化的影响,确定一组合适的参数组合,去优化分馏塔。实验数据表明:优化结果较好并大大缩短了优化时间,为在线优化分馏塔提供行之有效的方法。

【Abstract】 In order to make an online intelligence optimization of catalyzing & cracking fractionating tower multi-objective problem,this paper selected the model of multi-objective optimization of the catalyzing & cracking fractionating tower that can be applied to online optimization, and introduce a new improved ant colony algorithm as intelligent optimization means and then united and processed by numerical digit for the optimization process of fractionating tower,and can find out a group of suitable parameter values by searching the influence of parameters on optimization results,and thus optimizing the fractionating tower using these parameter values.Experimental data show that the optimum results are better and greatly shortened the optimization time,so online optimization fractionation tower is feasible.
