【摘要】 目的:为了解慢性病病人疾病经济负担,开展社区慢性病防治。方法:对南京市鼓楼区慢性病病人进行抽样调查,并测算疾病直接经济负担。结果:单纯高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症及同时患两种、三种疾病的年人均直接疾病经济负担分别为3438.00元、3079.05元,1341.29元、3803.55元、5492.63元。结论:患三种慢性病给家庭及社会带来的疾病负担远远高于患两种或单纯患一种慢性病所带来的负担,加强高血压及糖尿病的社区防治迫在眉睫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know the economic burden of patients with chronic diseases,carrying out the community-based prevention and control of chronic diseases.Methods:Patients with chronic diseases at Gulou district in Nanjing,were sampled and calculated the direct economic burden of diseases.Results:The annual per capita direct economic burden of diseases based on patients with hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia simply and simultaneously suffering from two or three diseases were 3 438.00 Yuan,3 079.05 Yuan,1 341.29 Yuan,3 803.55 Yuan and 5 492.63 Yuan.The family and social disease burden brought about by suffering from three chronic diseases is much higher than suffering from two or simply one chronic diseases.Conclusion:It is urgent to strengthen the community-based prevention and control of hypertension and diabetes.更多还原
