【摘要】 目的:掌握江苏省居民超重和肥胖的变化情况,为制定相应干预策略提供依据。方法:利用2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查江苏点资料和2007年江苏省营养与健康状况追踪调查数据,比较5年间江苏居民超重和肥胖率的变化,采用针对不同年龄人群的体质指数(BMI)标准评价调查对象的超重肥胖情况。结果:5年间江苏省居民超重肥胖率由原来的31.1%上升至43.0%。与2002年相比,2007年苏南、苏北、城市和农村地区居民超重/肥胖率均显著上升(P<0.01)。此外,2007年我省居民超重/肥胖率苏南地区低于苏北地区(χ2=54.83,P<0.01),城市地区高于农村地区(χ2=105.51,P<0.01)。2007年各年龄组居民的超重/肥胖率均高于2002年相应性别居民。14～17岁青少年超重肥胖率的增长幅度居各年龄组之首。结论:超重和肥胖在江苏省居民中呈迅速上升趋势,已成为日益严重的公共卫生问题,应及时加以干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the prevalence of overweight and obesity and to analyze their changes among residents in Jiangsu province during 2002～2007,so as to provide scientific basis for developing intervention on obesity and nutrition strategy in Jiangsu province.Methods:This study used the sub-sample in Jiangsu province of the 2002 China National Nutrition and Health Survey and the 2007 follow-up survey data.Overweight and obesity were defined by Body Mass Index(BMI) criteria for participants in various age groups.Results:The overall prevalence of overweight and obesity among Jiangsu residents increased sharply from 31.1% to 43.0% during these 5 years(2002～2007).The prevalence rose significantly in the south,north part,urban and rural areas in Jiangsu from 2002 to 2007(P<0.01).And also,the prevalence of overweight/obesity in the south part of Jiangsu was lower than the north part(χ2=54.83,P<0.01),and it was higher in urban areas compared to rural areas in 2007(χ2=105.51,P<0.01).The prevalence of overweight/obesity in Jiangsu residents of all age groups in 2007 were congruously higher than its counterpart in 2002.Furthermore,the fastest growth of the prevalence was observed among adolescents aged 14～17.Conclusions:Overweight and obesity increased sharply in Jiangsu province in the past half of decade.It would become the more and more serious public health challenges without timely and effective intervention in Jiangsu province.更多还原
