PZT502/CoFe2O4叠层复合材料的制备与磁电效应

【摘要】 以分析纯的Co2O3和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,用常规工艺,在1270℃下烧结1 h制备了CoFe2O4陶瓷,作为铁磁相;铁电相为购自美国的PZT502粉体烧制成的陶瓷。将这两种材料切割成长片状,并叠层复合成为3和7层的2-2复合材料。研究了外加磁场和频率对复合材料的磁电耦合效应的影响;当叠层数为7时,复合材料的磁电耦合系数达到234.6 mV/(cm.Oe)、感应电压达2.3 V。

【Abstract】 Using Co2O3 and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as precursors,CoFe2O4 ceramics used as ferromagnetic phase had been prepared via traditional ceramics process.The sintering temperature was 1 270℃.PZT502 ceramics as ferroelectric phase was fabricated from PZT powder which was bought from Morgan Technical Ceramics,USA.Both of the ceramics were cut into long slices.Magneto/electric 2-2 composites had been fabricated via laminating PZT502 and CoFe2O4 ceramic slices.The effect of bias field and driving frequency on magneto-electric(M-E) transition efficiency was investigated.The magneto-electric transition efficiency of 234.6mV/(cm·Oe) was achieved for composites with 7 layers and the inducted voltage was found to be 2.3V.
