压力管道泄漏声发射实验信号识别与分析
Identification and Analysis of Acoustic Emisson Signal of Pressure Pipeline Leakage
【摘要】 利用实验室现有油气管道实验平台,建立了压力管道泄漏的声发射检测模型。在不同实验条件下,如变化管道压力、管道流量、传感器间距等,进行了压力管道泄漏的声发射检测实验。通过对压力管道泄漏的声发射信号分析,能够定性地判断有无泄漏。同时,分别分析了压力管道泄漏声发射信号的有关参数随管道压力、流量、传感器间距变化的规律,对压力管道泄漏的声发射检测进行了有益的探索。
【Abstract】 A model was constructed in laboratory to simulate the acoustic emission(AE) pipeline leak detection.Under different test conditions,such as changing pressure,the size of leak quantity,orientation of sensors,etc., the experiment of acoustic emission pipeline leak detection was implemented.From the analysis of the AE signal,whether the pipeline was leaky could be judged qualitatively,at the same time,the variation order between relevant parameters of AE signal was analyzed with the change in pressure,flux,and the sensors space respectively.It provided a useful exploration for the AE pipeline pressure leak detection.
