基于粒子群算法的陶瓷辊道窑结构多目标优化
Multiple Objective Particle Swarm Optimization of Ceramic Roller Kiln Structure Design
【摘要】 文章研究了陶瓷辊道窑炉建模设计中的温度场和污染物排放的优化技术。根据陶瓷辊道窑的结构,利用现代应用数学方法中的均匀设计获取合适的样本,在进行大量的模拟试验的基础上,找到适合陶瓷窑炉的合适的数学模型,并以此为依据进行燃烧仿真。根据Fluent软件对陶瓷辊道窑的燃烧进行数值模拟,运用粒子群算法进行优化的结果来寻找最优化设计方案。在现场大量实测数据的基础上对窑炉的结构以及各种工艺参数进行多目标优化设计,完成仿真模型的校验。
【Abstract】 The optimization technology of the designed modeling of velocity field and the pollutant emission load in the ceramic roller kiln are researched.According to the structure of ceramic roller kiln,the modern methods of applied mathematics called the uniform design is used to obtain suitable samples.On the basis of a large number of simulations,the appropriate mathematical model for the ceramics kiln is found and then it is used as the basis for the burning simulation.The software called Fluent is used to simulate the combustion in ceramic roller kiln.Besides,the parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm is also used to explore the design optimization case.Having a large number of observed data in the work field,the structure of the ceramic roller kiln as well as various process parameters are optimized to complete the validation of the simulation model.
