智能直流无刷风扇系统温度及湿度模块设计
Analysis of Temperature and Humidity Module of Brushless D.C Fans
【摘要】 电子、IT、通讯行业的技术日新月异,一个拥有高精度的智能型风扇成为现今市场的需求,此设计讨论的测温及测湿模块所服务的、基于MCU控制的智能风扇系统由此而生。测温及测湿模块完成此系统温湿度的采集,量化,最终将其转化为可以控制风扇开启以及转速大小的信号,并且将这个被量化的信号值输出。此设计分别采用了555定时器形成的多谐振荡器和74 HC04反向器形成的RC环形多谐振荡器作为测温、测湿模块的电路模型,然后进行组合调试,完成了一个高精度的测温测湿传感器,最后结合相应的算法完成了智能无刷直流风扇温度及湿度测试模块设计。
【Abstract】 The technologies of Electronic,IT,Communication field are changing quickly,An intellectual fan system is produced by the requirement.The temperature and humidity testing modules finished the temperature collection and quantization of this Brushless D.C Fans,finally transforming to the signal which could control the start and revolutions per minute of the fans,and export the signal.The design choose the harmonic oscillator produced by 555 timing generator and RC loop harmonic oscillator produced by 74HC04 reverse element respectively as the circuit model of the temperature and humidity testing modules.Then testing and adjusting,with corresponding algorithm the design of the temperature and humidity modules is finished.
