基于岩石薄片二维图像的三维重建显示
3D Visualization of the Rock Slices Based on VTK
【摘要】 概要介绍了使用模拟退火算法对岩石薄片显微图像进行三维重建的原理,探讨了体绘制的概念以及光线投射算法的基本原理,以三维可视化函数库VTK为实现工具,使用其光线投射算法实现了岩石薄片序列图像的三维显示。
【Abstract】 Introduced the principle of the 3D reconstruction of the rock slice with the simulated annealing.Discussed the basic idea of the volume rendering and ray-cast algorithm.Then realized the 3D visualization of the rock slices with ray-cast algorithm based on VTK.
