【摘要】 对真空熔炼的Mg-Zn-Y-Zr合金在380℃下进行热挤压,随后取部分挤压棒在400℃下轧制成厚度为3 mm的薄板,再进行不同工艺的固溶时效处理。薄板的最佳热处理工艺为530℃×4 h+200℃×8 h。分别对热处理前后薄板试样的显微组织和力学性能进行分析和测试。结果表明,经过固溶时效处理后薄板的抗拉强度显著提高,达到356 MPa,而伸长率有所下降。

【Abstract】 The vacuum melted Mg-Zn-Y-Zr alloy was extruded at 380 ℃,then parts of the extruded bar were rolled into sheet with 3 mm thickness.These sheets were treated at different solution and aging treatment processes.The optimal heat treatment process was solution at 530 ℃ for 4 h and aging at 200 ℃ for 8 h.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the sheet before and after the heat treatment were analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of those sheets treated by solution and aging treatment is obviously higher than that of the sheets without heat treatment,while the elongation decreases when the tensile strength reaches 356 MPa.
