【摘要】 研究了热处理工艺对ASTMS30432钢和成品样管的晶间腐蚀敏感性和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随固溶温度升高,晶间腐蚀敏感性下降,为抑制晶间腐蚀,固溶温度应≥1100℃;钢管固溶后应快速冷却,以避免840℃附近Cr23C6碳化物大量析出导致敏化;固溶温度超过1100℃,随固溶温度升高,晶粒度等级和室温强度逐渐下降。

【Abstract】 Effects of heat treatment on intergranular corrosion(IGC)and mechanical properties of ASTM S30432 austenitic heat resistant steel were investigated.The experimental results show that with increasing of solid solution temperature,the sensitivity of IGC decreases.In order to restrain IGC,the solid solution temperature should be higher than 1 100 ℃ and then the tubes should be cooled quickly enough to avoid a lot of precipitation of Cr23C6 carbide at about 840 ℃,which lead to be sensitive to IGC of the steel.When solid solution temperature exceeds 1 100 ℃,the grade of grain size and the strength at room temperature decreases with the increasing of solid solution temperature.
