镍基合金表面激光熔覆钴基合金涂层的耐磨性能

【摘要】 为了提高涡轮叶尖端部的耐磨性能,以钴基合金粉末为涂层原材料,利用CO2激光器,在镍基合金表面上熔覆了优质耐磨涂层。采用销盘式摩擦磨损试验机进行了镍基合金及激光熔覆涂层的干摩擦磨损试验。试验结果表明,镍基合金的平均摩擦系数为0.48,钴基合金涂层的平均摩擦系数为0.30,钴基合金涂层的平均磨损量低于镍基合金材料,说明钴基合金涂层具有较高的耐磨性。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the wear resistance of turbine blade tip,a high quality coating was prepared on Ni-based alloy substrate by laser cladding using CO2 laser with Co-based alloy powder as raw material.Dry sliding friction behaviors of Ni-base alloy and the laser clad Co-based alloy coating were examined by pin-on-disc wear tester.The experimental results indicate that the average friction coefficient of Ni-base alloy is 0.48,while that of Co-based alloy coating is 0.30.The average wear loss of the coating is less than that of Ni-base alloy,which indicates a good wear resistance.
