【摘要】 用显微组织观察和超声波探伤等方法,分析研究了SAE1141H钢花键轴经中频感应加热淬火后检验时在线切割取样过程中出现的开裂现象。结果表明,花键轴内部并没有裂纹,这种开裂是中频感应加热淬火后花键轴中的残余应力在切割过程中释放的结果,它起源于硫化物的偏聚区并沿着硫化物扩展。通过改变检验时取样的切割路线可以有效避免这种开裂现象。

【Abstract】 Cracks on SAE1141H free-cutting steel spline shaft,occurred during linear cutting samples for check after medium-frequency induction hardening,were analyzed with observation of microstructure and supersonic inspection etc.The results show that there are actually no cracks inside of the shaft and the cracks are caused by the release of residual stress during sampling after medium-frequency induction hardening.The cracks originate from the accumulation zone of sulphides and propagate along with the sulphides.It can be effectively avoided by changing the cutting route during sampling.
