热处理对高Mo当量BT25y钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响
Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of high Mo equal titanium alloy BT25y
【摘要】 通过显微组织观察和力学性能测定对高Mo当量BT25y钛合金经二重和三重热处理后的室温和650℃拉伸性能和冲击韧性与显微组织之间的关系进行了分析和研究。结果表明,BT25y钛合金在650℃下的拉伸强度与目前几种600℃高温钛合金在600℃下的拉伸强度相当;增加Mo当量可以提高650℃下的拉伸强度;通过三重热处理可以明显提高BT25y钛合金的冲击韧性。
【Abstract】 The relationship of tensile properties both at room temperature and at 650 ℃,impact toughness and microstructure of high Mo equal titanium alloy BT25y under different duple and triple heat treatments was investigated with observation of microstructure and test of mechanical properties.The results show that the tensile strength of titanium alloy BT25y at 650 ℃ is equivalent to that of the several presently 600 ℃ high temperature titanium alloy at 600 ℃.The tensile strength of the alloy at 650 ℃ can be increased by increasing Mo equivalent,while the impact toughness of titanium alloy BT25y can be improved evidently by triple heat treatments.
