Nb微合金化CFB/M复相钢组织遗传的消除工艺

【摘要】 研究了Nb微合金化无碳化物贝氏体/马氏体(CFB/M)复相钢的组织遗传现象及其消除工艺。试验发现,将Nb微合金化CFB/M复相钢以10℃/min速度升温和到温装料(约150℃/min)两种加热速率下均出现明显的组织遗传现象。等温退火与完全退火处理均能有效消除该复相钢的组织遗传现象,其中等温退火最为简便且有效。另外,研究发现高温回火不能消除Nb微合金化CFB/M复相钢的组织遗传现象。

【Abstract】 The elimination process of structural inheritance in Nb-microalloyed steel with CFB/M(carbide-free bainite/martensite)multiphase structure was studied.The results show that the structural inheritance in Nb-microalloyed steel with CFB/M multiphase structure appears at the heating rate of 10 ℃/min or about 150 ℃/min.Isothermal annealing and full annealing process can eliminate this phenomenon effectively,of which isothermal annealing is much better.In addition,it is found that high temperature tempering cannot eliminate the structural inheritance phenomenon in Nb-microalloyed steel with CFB/M multiphase structure.
