利用微卫星标记分析长鳍鲤、锦鲤和龙凤鲤的遗传多样性

【摘要】 利用20对微卫星标记对长鳍鲤、锦鲤和龙凤鲤3个鲤鱼群体的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行分析。结果表明:3个群体在20个位点上分别检测到108、164、154个等位基因,各群体等位基因数2~16个不等,平均有效等位基因数分别为4.496、5.695和5.606。3个群体平均期望杂合度分别为0.769、0.806、0.801,多态信息含量分别为0.703、0.761和0.757,遗传多样性指数分别为0.764、0.803和0.799,群体间遗传分化系数为0.071。结果说明3个群体遗传多样性较为丰富。

【Abstract】 Genetic diversity of Longfin carp,Koi carp and Longfeng carp was evaluated with 20 microsatellite markers.The results showed that: 108,164 and 154 alleles were found in 20 microsatellite loci in three carp populations,the number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 15,mean number of effective alleles was 4.496,5.695 and 5.606 respectively,the average expected heterozygosity was 0.769,0.806 and 0.801 respectively,the PIC of all loci was 0.703,0.761 and 0.757 respectively,the genetic diversity index was 0.764,0.803 and 0.799 respectively,and the inbreeding index was 0.071.These results indicated that the 3 carp populations had high level of genetic diversity.
