恒河猴和食蟹猴血液蛋白遗传多样性分析
Study on blood protein polymorphisms of rhesus and cynomolgus monkeys
【摘要】 以碳酸酐酶、腺苷脱氨酶、转铁蛋白、维生素D结合蛋白、血浆酯酶、碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、红细胞酯酶为血液蛋白标记,对恒河猴指明亚种(120只)和食蟹猴柬埔寨亚种(120只)2个群体的遗传多态性进行遗传检测。结果表明:恒河猴和食蟹猴的多态性位点百分数、等位基因数和平均杂合度分别为0.625、2.80、0.549 0和0.750、2.83、0.378 9。恒河猴群体具有高度的遗传多态性,食蟹猴群体具有中等的遗传多态性。Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态检验表明,2个群体均未明显偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡。
【Abstract】 Eight blood proteins,including carbonic anhydrase,adenosine deaminase,transferrin,vitamine D binding protein,alkaline phosphatase,glucose-6phosphate dehydrogenase,erythrocyte esterase and peroxidase,were chosen as genetic markers to analyze the genetic polymorphisms of Macaca mulatta(120) and M.fasicularis (120).The percentages of polymorphic loci,average alleles,average genetic heterozygosities of the M.mulatta and M.fasicularis were 0.625,2.80,0.5490 and 0.750,2.83,0.3789 respectively.The population of M.mulatta had high genetic polymorphism,while the population of M.fasicularis had middle genetic polymorphism.The HardyWeinberg detection showed that the two populations did not remarkably deviate from the Hardy-Weinberg balance.
