膜控型缓控释肥料养分释放模型的研究
The Nutrient Release Model of Film-controlled Slow & Controlled Release Fertilizer
【摘要】 根据菲克定律,运用数学物理方法,对膜控型缓控释肥料养分释放过程作了分析,建立了相应的数学模型并作解析。在分析水分及养分的质量传递过程的基础上,给出了单个肥料颗粒养分释放过程中每一步的养分释放速率、持续时间的关系式;解释了肥料颗粒群养分释放速率与时间的关系,即开始阶段释放速率很小,随后释放速率上升很快,再进入恒速释放阶段和减速释放阶段。通过该模型,提供了该类扩散控制过程处理及解析的一种方法。
【Abstract】 Applying mathematical physics method,the nutrient release process was analyzed in the case of film-permeable slow & controlled release fertilizer based on Fick’s law.The related mathematical model was constructed and resolved.On the basis of water and nutrient mass transfer analyses the expressions of nutrient-release rate and release time in each releasing step of single pharmaceutical particle were put forward.It was also made clear that the relation ship between nutrient-release rate and time of fertilizer group particles,i.e.at first the release rate was very small,then increased sharply,kept constant and reduced.This model provided a kind of dealing and analyzing method to this kind of diffusion-controlled process.
