高耐候、耐污外墙乳胶涂料的配方设计
Formulation design of high weather-durability and stain-resistance exterior wall latex coating
【摘要】 在对影响建筑外墙乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性的3个重要因素——颜基比(P/B)、颜料体积浓度(PVC)和基料分析的基础上,进行高耐候、耐污外墙乳胶涂料的配方设计研究.试验结果表明外墙乳胶涂料的遮盖力、耐沾污性随P/B的增大而提高,并且耐候性、耐沾污性在P/B为3.0时有最佳值;在保证PVC<CPVC时,当PVC为0.45时,涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性最好;不同基料对乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐污性影响也不相同,其中尤以氟碳乳液、硅丙乳液作成膜基料的外墙乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性最好.
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of three main factors,the ratio of pigment to binder(P/B),pigment volume concentration(PVC) and different binder,which affect the weather durability and stain-resistance of exterior wall latex coating,formulation design of high weather-durability and stain-resistance exterior wall latex coating was made.The experimental results show that the resultant exterior wall latex coating covering capacity and the stain resistance increase with P/B increases,and the optimum values of the weather durability and stain resistance appear when the P/B=3.0.When PVC=0.45 with assurance of PVC<CPVC,the weather durability and the stain resistance are the best.Different kind binders have various influences on the weather durability and the stain resistance of exterior wall latex coatings,the optimum weather durability and stain resistance are obtained on the basis of acrylosilance and fluoric carbon latex as the binders.
