机构位移仿真分析方法比较研究
A Comparative Study of the Method of Mechanism Displacement Simulation Analysis
【摘要】 机构位移分析是运动分析中最根本的问题,机构位移分析方程通常是非线性的,只有简单的二级机构才能列出输入变量和输出变量之间的显函数表达式,而在其他情况下,方程的求解就需要利用各种数值解法。以压床六杆机构为研究对象,推导了机构多位移矩阵迭代求解和单一位移精确求解的理论方程,并用上述两种方法对压床六杆机构进行了机构位移仿真计算比较分析,证实单一位移精确求解方法的计算比较简便,求解过程不用推导,一旦确定单一位移值后,可对其它位移进行精确求解,对机构位移仿真计算有一定的实用性,累积误差小,可用于机构运动学设计。
【Abstract】 The mechanism displacement analysis is the basic problem of the motion analysis.The equation of the mechanism displacement analysis is generally nonlinear.The function expression between the input variable and the output variable can only be set out in the situation of the simple second class mechanism,but the method of the mathematics solution is needed to get the solution of the equation in other situations.Taking the six bar mechanism of the press machine as research object,this paper deduces the theoretical equation of the solutions to the multi-displacement matrix iteration and the single displacement accurate solution.The two approaches are applied to the mechanism displacement simulation comparative study of the six bar mechanism of the press machine.It is comparatively simple and convenient to choose the single-displacement accurate solution,and unnecessary to engage oneself on complex derivation in the whole process.As soon as the single displacement is determined,it can go on to derive the accurate solution of other displacement with minor accumulative errors.It may be useful for the mechanism displacement simulation and can be applied to the motion design of the mechanism.
