【Abstract】 Combined with the fundamental activities of software configuration management,the paper presents the problems such as huge effort,low efficiency and invalid configuration management,describes the deep causes inducing the problems,especially the causes of poor technology and total management abilities and unsuitable objectives and strategies beyond the configuration management process,and analyses the configuration management levels and the associated features.Based on the conception of objective-based configuration management activities,the principles and strategies are introduced for business requirements,hierarchical management and performance emphasis.更多还原
