【摘要】 为了管理企业产品保证成本,在分析产品保证成本管理影响因素的基础上,研究了基于产品设计、制造和销售全过程的集成化保证成本管理体系和方法,提出了面向产品生命周期的保证成本的管理过程模型和集成管理框架。通过信息集成,实现产品、技术、运营和成本等信息的综合处理;然后,通过控制方法集成,利用已有的知识方法和工具模型对保证成本信息进行分析、预测和优化控制;最后,通过管理功能集成,将产品保证的管理体系与保证成本优化控制集成在一起,为实现成本控制目标提供保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 To manage and control the warranty cost effectively,the system and methods of the integrated product warranty management based on the product design,manufacture and sale were studied,and the integration management framework of the product warranty cost oriented to product lifecyle management was proposed based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the product warranty cost management.The data and information about the product,technology,operation and cost information was synthesized through the information integration.And the control methods integration,analysis,forecasting and optimization control were performed by using existing knowledge methods and tool models.Finally,the warranty management system and warranty cost optimization control were integrated through management functions integration,which could provide foundations for enterprises to realize the warranty cost management.更多还原
