飞机自动化对接中装配准确度的小样本分析

【摘要】 为实现装配质量信息的及时反馈,提出了某飞机大部件自动对接系统的装配准确度分析方法。利用激光跟踪仪的测量数据,实现了装配准确度的小样本数据挖掘。通过单测点单约束的超差、相对偏差和偏差方向分析,给出了各统计特征参数的计算方法。在层次分析法配置权重的基础上,导出了装配准确度的评价模型,以此反映对接装配质量。基于主成分分析的特异样本判别方法和正态假设下偏差的显著性校验方法,实现了装配准确度的校验。应用实例的结果表明,该方法能够从历史数据得到统计推断性结论,目标是改进装配工艺,指导容差分配,形成装配知识,提高飞机装配的准确度。

【Abstract】 To achieve rapid feedback of quality information in aircraft automatic join-assembly process, a method of accuracy analysis for airplane of the specific type was proposed. Based on measurement data from laser trackers, accurate assembly of small sample data mining was realized. Several statistical parameters were calculated, through analysis of oversize, relative deviation and error direction towards single measurement point as well as single constraint. Based on the strategy of configuration weights using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), evaluation model of assembly accuracy was derived to reveal join-assembly quality. Simultaneously, verification procedures were implemented based on the abnormal samples’ recognition by Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and the significance test of error deviation in normal assumptions. The application results indicated that statistical conclusions could be deduced by this methodology and the objective of the method was to improve assembly process, redistribute error tolerance, generate assembly knowledge, and enhance assembly accuracy.
