【摘要】 本文以我国国有装备制造龙头企业——中国第二重型机械集团公司为例,针对其近30年来的技术能力发展,刻画了其在技术引进、技术模仿和自主创新等不同阶段的技术能力特征及其演化过程。研究表明:技术能力水平与企业绩效具有很强的关联性;有效的技术学习和有重点的持续研发相结合,是作为"后来者"的我国装备制造企业实现技术能力跃迁、培育自主创新能力的有效途径;在这一过程中,知识产权管理对企业的技术创新起着重要的激励和保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper traces technological development of introduction-imitation-innovation of China National Erzhong Group Company(CNEGC) in the past thirty years which is one of the top state-owned equipment manufacturer in China.And it indicates that: there is highly positive correlation between technological capabilities and performance;integrating efficient technological learning and sustainable right R&D is a vital path for China’s state-owned equipment manufacturers as latecomers;efficient management of intellectual property plays a crucial role in it.更多还原
