基于PROFIBUS现场总线的造纸机电控系统设计
Design of Control System in Paper-maker Based on PROFIBUS Field-bus
【摘要】 通过深入讨论分部传动造纸机的交流变频传动控制问题,结合造纸工艺和工程实际的要求,对涉及同步控制的速度链控制、张力控制和负荷分配控制等问题进行进一步的探讨,设计出以PROFIBUS现场总线技术为通信方式,以PLC为控制核心,矢量变频器为主拖动设备,OP操作面板为操作终端的先进的造纸机传动电气监控系统,该系统具有很强的使用性和先进性,为其他相似系统的电控系统的设计提供一定的技术帮助。
【Abstract】 Studying the section multi-motors’ synchronized control using transducer based on the requirement of paper technology and engineering,Furthermore discuss the speed-chain,tension control,load distribute in synchronized driver.Then design a paper making machine monitoring system based on PLC as control center,OP Panel as operate device and Transducer as executive by advanced PROFIBUS field-bus technology.It supplies experience for similar system.
