【摘要】 幼儿园园长的职业特殊性决定了其必需拥有健康的心理,这密切关系到幼儿园的发展和幼儿的健康成长。本研究采用问卷调查和结构式访谈的方法,抽取145名苏北农村幼儿园园长为对象,采用SCL-90症状自评量表和艾森克个性问卷对园长进行心理健康状况调查,并分层随机选取15人进行结构式访谈。结果表明苏北农村幼儿园园长存在一定的心理健康问题。并从两个方面分析影响园长心理健康的因素,提出维护和促进其心理健康的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The particular occupational characteristics of preschool principals determine that they must have psychological health which relate with the development of preschool and children′s healthy growth.145 principals from northern rural Jiangsu were surveyed by questionnaires and 15 of them by structured interviews randomly,using SCL-90 and EPQ director of a mental health survey.The results showed there exited certain mental health problems,so the paper analyzed the influencing factors of mental health and put forward corresponding mental health proposal.更多还原
