【Abstract】 The National Defense Basic Scientific Research(NDBSR)aims at improving the war industry core competencies,and resolving the key common issues and bottleneck which constrain the development and production of weapons and equipment.This paper focuses on NDBSR project management performance evaluation,researches the characteristic of the project management model at home and abroad,and analyses the construction of the project management performance of NDBSR.Based on the analysis of the difference of all kinds of scientific achievements,and the analysis of the characteristic and management workflow of the project management of NDBSR,this paper constructs NDBSR project management performance evaluation model and methods with the examples of empirical analysis.更多还原
