水解酸化+CASS工艺在风景区高浓度生活废水工程中的应用

【摘要】 名胜风景区内所产生的生活废水具有成分复杂、污染物含量高、浓度波动幅度大、不易生化等特点。结合工程实例,介绍了水解酸化+CASS工艺在处理黄山风景区高浓度生活废水工程中的实际应用,并阐述了工艺原理、主要工艺参数、调试运行效果及成本分析。实践说明,该工艺运行稳定、投资少、占地少、处理成本低,CODCr、BOD5、SS的去除率分别在86.7%、94%、72%以上,出水水质各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中一级排放标准。

【Abstract】 The domestic wastewater in the scenic spot has the characteristic of complex components,high level pollutants content,large fluctuations range of concentrations and difficult biochemical reaction,and so on.In this paper,through practical project,the application of hydrolysis acidification-CASS process in dealing with high concentration domestic wastewater in Mt.Huangshan scenic spot is introduced.In addition,the principles of the technology,the main technological parameters,the debugging operation effect and the cost analysis are expounded.The practice shows that the process has the advantage of stable operation,low investment,small land occupation and low treatment cost.Its removal rate of CODCr,BOD5 and SS reaches more than 87.5%,96%,72%,respectively.Each quality target of the outlet water achieves the I level of "Integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978-1996).
