体育专业学生职业生涯设计方法探析
Methods Analyse on Career Design for Department of Sports Students
【摘要】 本文是针对体育专业的特点,运用教育心理学的原理,探讨职业生涯设计时的方法,使学生从学习动机和心理上为以后的职业生涯做好充分的理论和实践准备,以更好地适应毕业后的求职和择业工作。
【Abstract】 The article against the characteriseics of physical education institute students.It makes the students change their learning motivation and psychological station and they could prepare theories and experience fully with the principle of educational psychology.So they can adapt new work sooner than others.
