【Abstract】 To improve response performance of range aggregate queries in spatial data warehouse,R-tree index is employed to derive the spatial hierarchies on spatial dimension for pre-aggregation and materialization.Materialized views store the aggregate values of spatial object or internal nodes of R-tree.Therefore,range aggregate queries on both non-spatial dimensions and spatial dimensions can be effectively processed without visiting spatial objects whose parent node is fully included in the query range,by using the aggregate values of internal nodes in the materialized view.更多还原
