陀螺电机用钐钴永磁合金稳定性研究
Study on the Stability of Sm-Co Permanent Magnets for Gyro Motor
【摘要】 永磁材料的不可逆损失以及磁性能的自然衰减在高精度仪器仪表使用中易造成输出信号不稳定,精度下降,以至于仪器仪表无法正常工作。本文进行的试验目的是探讨如何根据磁体的长期自然失效实测值,结合模拟计算,找出切实可行的时效处理制度。以减少不可逆损失以及磁性能的自然衰减,达到磁体在长期使用过程中的稳定性。
【Abstract】 The irreversible loss and magnetic natural attenuation of permanent-magnet materials could lead to output signal unstable or failure in work for the instruments.In this paper,the variation of magnetic properties of magnet were measured and analyzed based on different times and temperatures in order to explore the aging method.The results show that the effective stability can also be achieved by the process of short-time aging treatment at high-temperature.
