pH值对电沉积FeNi/Cu复合丝巨磁阻抗性能的影响

【摘要】 采用脉冲电沉积方法在90μm的Cu丝上制备出Fe20+δNi80-δ/Cu复合丝,并测试了巨磁阻抗(GMI)特性。实验表明:电镀液的pH值在1.48~3.1范围内变化,对于复合丝的镀层成分、厚度、表面质量及其巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应具有显著的影响。在pH为1.9~2.5时复合丝表面平整、缺陷少,在pH=2.03时获得了厚度为11μm、成分为Fe20.3Ni79.7的电镀沉积层。采用10 mA的激发电流,频率f=29.6 kHz时GMI效应达到631.5%,磁场的灵敏度在10 kHz时达到560%/Oe,该频率远远低于CoFeSiB非晶丝材的频率。

【Abstract】 The giant magnetic impedance(GMI) effect of Fe20 +δNi80-δ/Cu composite wires produced by pulse electrodepositing FeNi alloy on 90 μm copper wires was investigated.The experimental results indicate that the composition,thickness,surface quality of the deposited layers and GMI properties of composite wires depend strongly on the pH value of the electrochemical bath ranging 1.48 to 3.1.At pH of 1.9~2.5,the deposited FeNi alloy layer has smooth surface with little defects.At pH of 2.03 the largest coating thickness of 11 μm is obtained,and the composition of deposited surface layer is Fe20.3Ni79.7.By 10 mA stimulating current,GMI reaches 631.5% at 29.6 kHz,while the greatest sensitivity of 560%/Oe arrives at 10 kHz which is much lower than that of CoFeSiB amorphous wires.
