人工神经网络预测Si对空冷贝氏体钢CCT图的影响
Quantitative analysis of effects of Si content on CCT diagrams of novel air-cooled bainite steels by artificial neural network
【摘要】 分析了Si对新型空冷贝氏体钢CCT图的影响。采用人工神经网络对Si含量对新型空冷贝氏体钢CCT图的影响进行了定量分析。结果表明,Si提高奥氏体形成温度,促进高温转变,抑制贝氏体转变和马氏体转变。
【Abstract】 The quantitative effects of Si content on CCT diagrams of novel air-cooled bainitic steels were analyzed by artificial neural network.Results show that Si in the air-cooled bainite steels increases austenite formation temperature,promotes high-temperature transformation and retard bainite transformation and martensites transformation.
